Gnomes is a collection of concrete poems, including 'Archives' which has been incorprated into the Edwin Morgan Archive room at the Scottish Poetry Library.

Akros Publications was run by Duncan Glen (1933-2008), who also edited the literary magazine Akros from 1965 to 1983. He taught graphic design at art colleges in Preston and Nottingham, and all his publications are thoughtfully designed and typeset.
